Shasta Regional Medical Center, a member of the esteemed Prime Healthcare system, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Director/Clinical Physician to join our leadership team in Redding, CA. This position offers an opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the delivery of high-quality medical care and services within the community.

Role Overview:

• Oversee and coordinate all medical care and quality of services provided at the clinic

• Serve as a member of the Medical Management Staff, collaborating with the Executive Director and Board of Directors

• Establish and monitor clinic quality goals to ensure consistent excellence in patient care

• Provide direct patient care in a primary care and/or urgent care setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $350,000 - $400,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000

Position Requirements

• 35 years of experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice

• 2 years of Medical Director experience preferred

• Active California Medical License (MD/DO)

• Current DEA Registration

• California Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Certificate
