About this role:
As a Nephrologist,youwill work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
You will practice at IntermountainMedical Center
Employment is with the Intermountain Medical Group and will be based in Salt Lake City, UT
Physician will collaborate with Intermountain nephrologists, advanced practice providers and nurse navigators to deliver general nephrology care in outpatient clinic, hospital, dialysis, and telehealth settings
Ideal candidate will contribute to a patient-centered, value-based care delivery model and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a culture of teamwork and multi-disciplinary collaboration
Teaching/learning mindset and home dialysis interest is a plus
Participation educational conferences is supported
Compensation:
Base: $412,600.00 annually
Quality Incentive: up to $20,000.00
This position includes a?$30,000?starting bonus,?up to $20,000?in relocation assistance, residency stipend and $75,000?in student loan repayment when applicable

What youllbring:
MD or DO degreefrom a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
US ACGMEaccreditedresidency
ABMS board certification or eligibility in Nephrology
Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
BLS certification and DEA
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healthscredentialingprocess
Candidates requiringVisa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
