SIH is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our established ENT/Audiology practice in Herrin, Illinois. In this specialized role, you'll work alongside the Medical Director, experienced audiologists, and nursing staff to provide excellent care to the patients of Southern Illinois.
Position Highlights:
- M-F, 8a-4:30p
- Ramp up easily with an established patient base
- Enjoy newly remodeled clinic space with up-to-date technology
- Receive mentorship from experienced providers
- Maintain autonomy with a dedicated patient panel
Qualifications:
- Current Illinois licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse
- Current board certification (PA or NP)
- Illinois Controlled Substance License or eligible to obtain
- IL DEA or eligible to obtain
- Current BLS certification
