HonorHealth is seeking a compassionate and skilled Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic inpatient team at John C. Lincoln and Deer Valley Medical Centers in North Phoenix, Arizona.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
- No weekends, nights, holidays, or call
- 100% hospital-based inpatient role
- Work closely with a dedicated palliative care team including a physician and social worker
- Focus on improving quality of life and providing expert symptom management for patients with serious illnesses
Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
- Certification in Palliative Care Medicine strongly preferred or a willingness to obtain
