Job Summary:
Recruiting a fellowship-trained, subspecialized Total Joints Orthopaedic Surgeon to join a highly regarded and well-established private orthopedic practice. This position is based out of Portsmouth, New Hampshire with clinical opportunities at our surrounding offices.This is a two-year partnership-track opportunity with zero physician turnover over the last 15 years - a testament to our outstanding culture and provider satisfaction.Practice Overview- Founded in 1987 and a community leader in Orthopaedic care
- Private, physician-led practice with a strong local and regional reputation
- 3 office locations: Portsmouth, NH, Dover, NH, and York, ME
- Group includes 11 Physicians and 9 Advanced Practice Providers
- Young partner group with no upcoming retirements
- Currently on track for 10 partners by 2027

- Partner-track role (2 years)

Qualified Candidates:- Must be Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Must be fellowship-trained in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Replacement
- Must have licensure in New Hampshire and Maine, or ability to obtain both
- Must have strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Must be committed to long-term practice growth and clinical excellence
