Pediatrics - Position Highlights

• 4-day work week!
• Inpatient/Outpatient mix - physicians work out of a stand-alone clinic less than a block from the hospital
• Avg. 15-22 OP visits/day and IP rounding when peds patients are present
• Each physician has their own office with 3 designated exam rooms
• 1:4 call rotation - attend c-sections and complicated deliveries, round in nursery, and admit pediatric inpatients
• Competitive compenstaion commensurate with MGMA
