District Hospital & Long Term Care Unit is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team. We offer a Level IV Trauma Center, long-term care units, Swing Bed services, and more. With multiple locations and dynamic service options, we offer a range of skilled care. Patients have access to our 24/7 emergency care with minimal wait times. Same-day and next-day appointments are available at our clinics. We even work with insurance providers so patients can afford the care they need.

More about this position:

• 4 or 5-day workweek M-F, est. 12-16 patients per day
• Round at the hospital 1/2 day day each week; clinic located across the street
• Base Salary commensurate with experience
