• $225,000 Base Salary
• $125,000 Student Loan Assistance over 5 Years
• $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $18,000 for Relocation Assistance
• Annual Performance Bonus of $5,000
• $3,000 per year for CME Dues and Fees
• Annual 7% Retention Bonus
• Work Schedule: 2 Weeks on; 1 Week off
