• Turnkey practice
• 18 Exam Rooms, 2 Xray rooms, 2 Post Op Bays
• Ramp-up period
• 1:6 weekdays, 1:6 weekends
• 7 providers active within the group
• 4-day work week: 2 days clinic, 2 OR days
• Up to 26 patients per day
• Sky Lakes Hospital and Surgery Center access
• EMR system: CERNER converting to EPIC next year

Financial Package

• $500,000+ Total Compensation once ramped up
• Up to $1M in Total Compensation once a Partner
• Signing Bonus + Relocation Allowance Available
• RVU Production model compensation
