- Dedicated OR space for pediatric surgeons
- Level II Trauma Center
- Adding six new ORs
- Up to $510,000 base salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation allowance
- Hospital includes all subspecialties (except for transplant)
- Call rotated every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend (trauma call)
- NP and Resident support
