Chief Medical Officer to Lead Community Health Center - #MED4

Thriving Hartford Community Health Center seeks an experienced Primary Care Physician and leader to be Chief Medical Officer (CMO). The CMO reports to the CEO and is a member of the senior leadership team, providing clinical leadership to Center staff at all levels and strategic planning. Duties include supervision, retention and recruitment of providers and quality improvement measures. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and community organizations. The right candidate is a proven leader deeply passionate about public health and the underserved. The Center provides comprehensive care under one roof, offering primary care, a walk-in clinic, urgent care, behavioral health, women’s health, infectious disease and travel medicine.
