Regional tertiary care center seeks an Endocrinologist to join a full-scope practice at a teaching hospital serving the northern tier of the state of Maine. The department manages diabetes and diagnoses including MCAD, PKU, acid abnormalities, Galactosemia, Biotinidase deficiency and Homocystinuria, calcium metabolism and thyroid. This role encompasses inpatient and outpatient duties as well as ER consults in a state-of-the-art facility that’s both stable and experiencing robust growth. This is the perfect opportunity for a city Endocrinology physician to come to Maine and be a big fish in one of the state's largest ponds.
