Multi-specialty group seeking an experienced NP/PA manager with at least 3+ years of on the job supervisory experience for the Mid-Level Program.
- Responsible for staffing and scheduling, supervising clinical personnel, department orientation, staff education and evaluation process, department policies/procedures, department budget, day to day problem solving and ensuring service excellence to our patients.
- No clinical component
- Excellent communication both oral and written skills are integral to the success of this position
- Traveling between all sites to meet with staff is required
