Community hospital is seeking an experienced Palliative Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join its Palliative Care Team in the Lakes Region of NH.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Work collaboratively with the Palliative Medical Director
- Minimum of 3 years experience in nursing, with 2 of those years in pain management, hospice or palliative care
- EPEC (Education in Palliative & End of Life Care) and ELNEC (End of Life Nursing Education Consortium) training is preferred
- Qualified physician and advanced practitioner applications only.
