Deputy CMO sought for quality-driven outpatient practice to be the CMO's right hand person. Must be able to both see patients and manage the practice when the CMO is attending to leadership duties. Seeking an experienced leader to supervise other MDs, NPs and clinical staff and oversee daily care delivery and quality. This is a fantastic clinical opportunity as well-- get off the RVU treadmill and spend time with your patients for improved outcomes, not an improved paycheck! Having made a successful impact on improved outcomes for long term care and post-acute patients, this group is applying its cutting edge care model to Outpatient Internal Medicine. Other things on the horizon include telemedicine and home visits. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the movement raising the bar in quality care, not quantity care. DEPUTY CMO INCENTIVES:
- Base salary + quality-based bonus incentives

- 3 or more years' experience
