Community Health Center in central Rhode Island is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join growing team of professionals.  Work in a team consisting of nurses, medical assistants, school workers and patient navigators.  The practice uses the NextGen electronic health record system which is integrated through all disciplines allowing for smooth and seamless collaboration throughout this multi-service practice.
