Seeking Hospitalist/SNFist for growing and well established successful medical practice with 7 physicians and 6 NPs. Work at one of the best hospitals in the region for more than 20 years where the medical staff is second to none.

- $210K Base Salary with up to $42K in incentives

- 1 week/$1500 for CME
- Relocation assistance up to $5K
- Position to focus on inpatient rounding and skilled rehabilitation rounding.
- Nephrology background desirable
- Monday-Friday position with flexible schedule, 12 weekends required
- Academic affiliated facility with opportunities for teaching and research
- 7-10 patients in hospital
- 12 patients in skilled nursing
- EMR is E-clinical works
