Seeking an experienced BC Family Medicine Physician to serve in an 80% clinical and 20% admin role of a relatively new FQHC located in rural Vermont. Opened in 2013, the clinic is thriving with 13 employees and 2600 unique patients.

- Salary $165K plus 100% paid health insurance, 401K match and life insurance
- 36 paid days off

Requires good clinical, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high energy, flexible environment. Must be an excellent team player and able to work effectively with a dynamic, high performance team. Ability to interact comfortably with people at every socio economic level including individuals who are homeless. The service area encompasses 17 rural communities with a total population of 40,000 with 40% being either underinsured or uninsured.
