BC/BE Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Physician needed in New Jersey for a teaching hospital.
- Qualified physician and advanced practitioner applications only.
- Outpatient
- Full-time position
- Salary - $220K-$230K (doe) + compensation for call
- Schedule – M-F, 8 – 4pm (with two later evenings – until 6:30pm)
- For Children/Adolescent - 1 hour for new admission/ 30 minutes follow-up
- Largely focused on outpatient child & adolescent work
- Child Crisis Intervention Unit (CCIS) is 19 bed unit covered by 1.5 providers
- Outpatient load is typically between 12 – 15 patients per day
- Call is paid – Physicians must participate in call schedule at minimum once per month
- Compensation for call is capped at $100k annually
- Teaching opportunities
