Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) seeks Board Certified / Board Eligible PCP-Geriatrician to join a compassionate and caring team. Practice advanced medicine in a smaller, more personalized setting while making a real difference in the community.
The Primary Care practice offers a full range of services, including preventative care (annual physicals, work physicals, school, camp and sports physicals), women’s health, well-child care including immunizations, chronic disease management, minor office procedures (including laceration repair and removal of skin lesions) and workers comp injuries. X-ray and laboratory services are available at some locations. Our nursing program and clinical care are recognized on the state and national levels.

- 5 days per week
- Some weekend rounding
- Admissions referred to Hospitalist program
- EMR
- Employer-paid malpractice

- 4 weeks' vacation
- 1 week paid CME time, to $3,500
- Relocation assistance up to $10K
- Loan repayment for applicants who qualify
