Experienced clinical and administrative leader needed for reputable and growing Community Health Center to oversee all aspects of clinical care program. The Medical Director will divide his or her time between Primary Care patients and administrative/executive duties. The MD will further the organization's emphasis on quality care and be passionate about population health and caring for the underserved in the community setting.

- Staff supervision and oversight, and medical staff appointments
- Establish and implement clinical protocols, policies and procedures
- Collaborate with leadership across the practice: CMO,VPs, HR,
- Mentorship, training and education of staff
- Lead a team-based approach congruous with a patient-centered medical home model
- Project & program leadership to address specific needs of patient population
- Ensure compliance with policy and regulation, and Joint Commission standards
- EMR procedural compliance
The right candidate is Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with at least 3 years of leadership experience combined with at least 3 years of clinical experience, within an ambulatory setting. (Job Reference #MA9)
