Mission-driven Federally Qualified Community Health Center needs an Internal Medicine Physician for one of its satellite locations in a riverside community a short drive from New London. This is a community based integrative health care practice with a focus on case management and interdisciplinary cross-collaboration in alignment with the patient-centered medical home care model. This position exists due to strong growth and is outpatient only, working with a diverse and underserved population. The right candidate has a strong public health or population health interest and enjoys working with patients from a variety of backgrounds. REQUIREMENTS for INTERNISTS:
